SPONSOR A RIDER

Sponsoring a rider for a class or a session helps us ensure that no students are turned away because of an inability to pay.

Donations of any amount are always welcome, but to follow our class format, you can donate in the following increments:

$40: One-hour class

$240: 6-week spring class session

$160: each 4-week summer session

$320: 8-week fall class session

You may send a check or make a payment with your credit card by selecting the "donate" button.

SPONSOR A HORSE

As all horse owners know, purchasing a horse is just the tip of the financial iceberg. You can help by sponsoring a therapy horse for a month or more by donating hay or making a donation here so we can purchase hay or grain.

It costs Therapeion approximately $275 per month to care for one horse. We have eleven equines. Expenses include hay, grain, joint supplements, semi-annual vet checks, vaccinations, chiropractic care, emergency vet care, and hoof care.

You can help support our wonderful therapy horses.  You may contribute in the name of a particular horse or make a donation to our general horse care fund.

For winter of 2019–2020, our biggest needs are:

  • Hay for the horses (bales or loose)

  • Sponsorship of rider scholarships (via cash donations)

Would you, your family, or your workplace love to sponsor one of our horses on an ongoing basis?

The contribution of at least $250 per month will help us care for a horse.   If you choose to support a horse for 6 or more months a plaque will be placed on their stall denoting you as their sponsor and you will be able to schedule times to come to Therapeion to interact with your horse, including grooming and taking pictures!

Your contribution can be made by check or the "donate" button.
