ENROLL

ABOUT CLASSES

Classes are offered several times during the week.  Students are normally enrolled in one class per week, in a 6 or 8 week session.

Each class runs for an hour and includes preparation to ride, riding under supervision, untacking (occasionally), and grooming the horse.

Riders are matched to horses based on their particular needs, capabilities, weight, height, and other aspects.  Our horses have different skills and strengths, and we seek to optimize the matching of horse and rider for the welfare of both.

Note that we limit some of the details of classes to help protect the privacy of our students and volunteers.  You are welcome to contact us if you need more information than is posted here, including information on enrollment.   Enrollment is via an off-line paper form, both to help meet requirements of our PATH certification and to minimize the dangers to privacy and security of information of our students and families.
