THERAPEION THERAPEUTIC RIDING CENTER
Therapeion's Equine Care Team is responsible for conditioning, exercising, and working with Therapeion's therapy horses.
Requirements to be on this team are:
*Complete New Volunteer Orientation*Complete Horse Handling Training*Complete one full semester as a Horse Handler/Side Walker at a minimum of two hours of volunteer time per week*Continue to volunteer as a Side Walker/Horse Handler while on the Care Team*Complete "Training the Therapy Horse" Training*Complete Equine Care Team check off Contact Therapeion's Program Director for more information or to apply for our team
